Pompano Beach, FL— (January 31, 2005)— Vutec Corporation announced recently that a competitive lab analysis performed on the SilverStar video projection screen yielded positive results, underscoring the screen's solid performance.

Progressive Labs LLC in New York completed the test which included a comparison of Vutec's SilverStar with the screen materials from several companies.

“Vutec's Silverstar…provides a quantum improvement to the viewing experience,” said Clifford Plavin of Progressive Labs.

Plavin conducted the tests using a spectroradiometer calibrated to accurately measure the spectral range, color accuracy, wavelength resolution and a host of other factors that determine any screen's performance.

“The SilverStar material exhibited the lowest chromaticity error for non-white screens with gain that were tested,” added Plavin. “The material is an excellent choice for home theater enthusiasts that wish to improve their projector's performance without sacrificing image quality.”
